This delicious Italian bread is a favorite at Victoria Pastry. Our Panettone bread is made with pure sweet butter and filled with raisins and candied fruit. Brushed with an almond sugar glaze and doused with pinenuts it is baked to perfection.

ALMOND TART
This is the perfect confection for any occasion. This pastry is decadent in both its flavor and texture. A flaky puff pastry shell smeared with a touch of raspberry preserves serves as the base for this incredibly moist tart. Topped generously with sliced almonds it is baked in our brick ovens to a golden brown. This tart is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack or even a dessert after dinner.
